Destricted (2006) is an anthology of short art films you can watch online on iFILM, brought together by eleven directors from the worlds of contemporary art and arthouse cinema — Gaspar Noé, Marina Abramović, Matthew Barney, Sam Taylor-Johnson, Larry Clark and others. Each segment asks the same question differently: at what point does sexuality become art, and does the distinction even hold?

The range is wide. Barney builds slow, ritualistic imagery rooted in performance. Noé shoots with blunt directness — no winking, no metaphor. Abramović treats the body as raw sculptural material. British distributors refused to certify the film for release, which explains the provocative title in international markets.
