Barbie: Fairytopia

Barbie: Fairytopia (2005) is a family animated film you can watch online on iFILM. Somewhere past the rainbow sits a land of fairies, and there lives Elina, a flower fairy born without wings. That one missing thing shapes everything she does.

Then a sickness creeps over Magic Meadow. Flowers wilt, and the fairies around her lose the power to fly. To heal her home, Elina must find Azura, a Guardian Fairy who might know the cure. So a small fairy who cannot fly sets out on foot, joined by a fuzzy puffball called Bibble and a giant butterfly named Hue. Standing in her way is Laverna, a villain scheming to seize the Enchantress's throne.
