Reed Strucker spent his career as a prosecutor hunting mutants, until the ability surfaces in his own son and daughter. Now Reed and his wife Caitlin, played by Stephen Moyer and Amy Acker, run from the same agencies he once served. They find shelter with an underground network of mutants, each carrying a different gift and a different grudge against the state. The front line runs straight through the family dinner table.
