When a destroyed alien spacecraft breaks apart over Earth, its scattered wreckage starts doing things that defy explanation. One piece pulls memories out of people. Another bends the laws of physics. A third brings back the dead. CIA operative Bryan Beneventi Shepard and MI6 analyst Finola Jones chase each new incident across North America, slowly realizing the debris isn't just debris — it's a puzzle with a much larger design.
