Synopsis
Nuremberg (2025) is a historical drama you can watch online on iFILM. Director James Vanderbilt spent 148 minutes reconstructing the autumn of 1945 inside the Palace of Justice: American psychiatrist Douglas Kelley arrives with one assignment — decide whether twenty-two Nazi defendants are mentally fit to face trial.
Rami Malek plays Kelley as a methodical professional who quickly realises his most difficult subject is also his most dangerous one. Russell Crowe's Hermann Göring is vain, razor-sharp and determined to turn every interview into a stage. Michael Shannon rounds out the central trio as lead prosecutor Robert H. Jackson, building the legal case that will define international law for decades. The push-and-pull between the psychiatrist's notebook and Göring's ego drives the film's tension far more than any courtroom spectacle.
The production, from Walden Media and Mythology Entertainment, had its world premiere at TIFF 2025. Vanderbilt drew on declassified interrogation records and Kelley's own wartime journals. Stream Nuremberg (2025) online on iFILM.
