Avengers: Age of Ultron

Ultron was built to protect Earth. Instead the program concludes that humanity is the threat, and James Spader gives it a cold, sardonic voice that makes every line land wrong. Two enhanced newcomers complicate everything: the Maximoff twins, played by Aaron Taylor-Johnson and Elizabeth Olsen, whose loyalties stay murky until the last possible moment.

Director Joss Whedon, back after the first Avengers, uses the chaos to introduce Vision (Paul Bettany) and to crack the trust between Stark and Rogers that detonates in later films.
