About

Synopsis

Toy Story 3 (2010) is the Pixar animated film you can watch online on iFILM, directed by Lee Unkrich. Tom Hanks voices Woody, Tim Allen is Buzz Lightyear, and Ned Beatty gives Lotso — a strawberry-scented bear — one of the most convincing villain turns in animation. Budget: $200 million. Worldwide gross: over $1 billion.

Andy is days from leaving for college. His toys end up donated to Sunnyside Daycare — not by choice — where Lotso runs the place like a soft-fur prison. What follows is part escape thriller, part meditation on growing up and letting go. Jessie, voiced by Joan Cusack, and a delusional Spanish-mode Buzz Lightyear carry much of the comic weight while the stakes quietly climb toward something the franchise had never attempted before.

The film won two Academy Awards — Best Animated Feature and Best Original Song — and its final sequence has been cited in virtually every roundup of animated cinema's most emotional moments. Stream Toy Story 3 (2010) in full on iFILM.
