Moon 44

The Galactic Mining Corporation has lost all but one of its installations and sends in an undercover agent to find out who is stealing their robots.

Detective Stone (Michael Paré) poses as a prisoner recruited to pilot defensive helicopters above the Moon 44 station. What he uncovers goes beyond smuggling: the base commander Major Lee (Malcolm McDowell) has been instructed, in the event of any attack, to sacrifice the human crew to protect the corporation's expensive automated equipment. Stone ends up fighting on two fronts at once.
