The Invisible Man (Seasons 1–2)

The Invisible Man (2000–2002) is an American Sci-Fi Channel series you can watch online on iFILM, running two seasons before a behind-the-scenes dispute ended it early. Vincent Ventresca stars as Darien Fawkes, a repeat offender who agrees to a government experiment rather than face a life sentence.

The deal: surgeons implant a gland that coats his skin in a light-bending substance called Quicksilver, turning him invisible on demand. The catch: the gland was sabotaged at the design stage to steadily flood his blood with a neurotoxin. Miss a counteragent injection and Darien turns violent, then psychotic. The agency controlling the antidote controls him. Paul Ben-Victor plays his partner Hobbes — a no-nonsense field operative who finds the whole arrangement as absurd as it sounds.
