Good American Family (Season 1)

Good American Family (2025) is an American drama series you can watch online on iFILM, starring Ellen Pompeo and Mark Duplass as a Midwestern couple who adopt a girl named Natalia, believed to have dwarfism.

What begins as a straightforward story of family and care turns into something harder to name. The longer they live with Natalia, the more the couple's certainty erodes — about her age, her medical history, who she actually is. Suspicion sets in, then a very public unraveling: tabloid headlines, a courtroom, a marriage under pressure. The series is based on the documented real-life case of Natalia Grace, which made national news across the United States in 2019. Christina Hendricks appears in a supporting role.
