A child rescued from a flooding river grows up among a tribal clan. When he stumbles upon a mask belonging to a warrior named Avanthika, he follows it into the hidden kingdom of Mahishmati — a realm ruled by a tyrant and haunted by buried bloodlines. Prabhas carries dual roles: the fierce young Sivudu and the legendary Amarendra Bahubali, whose fate echoes through the story. Rana Daggubati plays the calculating usurper Bhallaladeva, Anushka Shetty is the imprisoned queen Devasena, and Ramya Krishnan commands every scene as the iron-willed regent Sivagami.
