Hurricane

Hurricane (2018) is a British war drama you can watch online on iFILM, directed by David Blair. It follows Polish airmen who joined the Royal Air Force after their homeland fell to German occupation, determined to keep fighting even with no home left to return to. Iwan Rheon and Marcin Dorociński lead the cast.

The story centres on pilot Jan Zumbach. The British command is sceptical at first — the Poles are pushed to the margins and given ageing aircraft. That changes fast. No. 303 Squadron goes on to rack up the highest kill rate of any fighter unit in the Battle of Britain. For Zumbach, every sortie over the English Channel is both a personal score to settle and the only meaningful act left when your country has been wiped off the map.
