Freaks of Nature

Freaks of Nature (2015) is Robbie Pickering's horror-comedy, free to watch online on iFILM. In the town of Dillford, humans, vampires and zombies somehow shared the same streets in peace, right up until aliens dropped out of the sky.

Saving the day falls to three teenagers: still-human Dag, vampire Petra, and freshly turned Ned, who now mostly craves brains. Old grudges between the species suddenly look petty, and the misfits have to work together if Dillford is going to survive the morning. The cast features Nicholas Braun, Mackenzie Davis, Vanessa Hudgens and Ed Westwick.

It's a scrappy 92-minute genre romp packed with familiar faces: Bob Odenkirk, Joan Cusack, Keegan-Michael Key, Denis Leary, with Werner Herzog of all people narrating. Gore, teen jokes and an alien invasion, all in one. Stream Freaks of Nature (2015) online on iFILM.
