Synopsis
Smurfs: The Lost Village (2017) is a fully animated family adventure you can watch online on iFILM. A torn map sends Smurfette chasing a secret that could rewrite everything the little blue creatures believe about themselves.
When a scrap of parchment turns up in the woods, it points deep into the Forbidden Forest. Smurfette teams up with bookish Brainy, accident-prone Clumsy and tough-guy Hefty to follow the trail before the wizard Gargamel does. He wants more than a hidden village. He's after Smurf magic itself. Along the way the four run into glowing dragonflies, talking rivers and creatures no Smurf has ever seen.
Director Kelly Asbury (Shrek 2) ditched the live-action approach of the earlier movies for full animation rooted in Peyo's original comics. Demi Lovato voices Smurfette, Rainn Wilson plays Gargamel, and the village comes alive through Joe Manganiello, Jack McBrayer and Mandy Patinkin.
