Synopsis
The Meyerowitz Stories (2017) is Noah Baumbach's comedy-drama, and you can watch online on iFILM. Grown children of an aging sculptor gather in New York for a show of his work, and decades of resentment surface within minutes.
Harold Meyerowitz has always seen himself as an overlooked artist and never quite figured out how to be a father. His sons keep circling for his approval: jittery, broke Danny, played by Adam Sandler, and successful but frazzled Matthew, played by Ben Stiller. Their sister Jean, a new stepmother and a family habit of wounding each other round out the picture. Dustin Hoffman plays Harold himself, with Emma Thompson as his wife.
