Synopsis

Nick Pulovski has buried more than one partner. The latest is David Ackerman (Charlie Sheen), a kid from a wealthy family haunted since childhood by his brother's death. The pair close in on a ring of high-end car thieves, and its leader Strom — played by Raul Julia — takes Nick hostage. Getting his partner out falls to the rookie alone, which means facing down his own fear first. Sonia Braga and Tom Skerritt round out the cast.
