Synopsis
The 7th Voyage of Sinbad (1958), directed by Nathan Juran, is a fantasy adventure you can watch online on iFILM. Kerwin Mathews plays the legendary sailor on a desperate mission: a sorcerer has shrunk his princess bride, and only a monster-guarded island holds the cure.
Sinbad sets sail with a crew who don't quite know what's waiting — a one-eyed cyclops, a fire-breathing dragon, a roc the size of a galleon, and a skeleton that fights with a sword. Each obstacle was brought to life frame by frame by Ray Harryhausen, whose stop-motion creature work here became the benchmark that blockbuster effects teams studied for decades afterward.
