Synopsis

Shawn Spencer is spending the holidays in San Francisco when someone targets a member of the old gang. That's enough to pull fake psychic detective Shawn and his best friend Gus back into the chaos they do best — racing through a case with maximum detours, minimum seriousness, and the particular brand of pop-culture-saturated banter the show ran on for eight seasons.
The film arrived in 2017, six years after Psych ended its run on USA Network in 2014, and works as a straight-up reunion special: the same energy, surprise cameos from Ralph Macchio and John Cena, and enough callbacks to reward fans without losing newcomers entirely.
