Synopsis
Ice Age: Continental Drift (2012) is a Blue Sky animated adventure you can watch online on iFILM. The ground splits, the continents pull apart, and mammoth Manny ends up stranded on a drifting slab of ice with sloth Sid and saber-toothed tiger Diego, cut off from the rest of the herd in the middle of the ocean.
The iceberg becomes their ship. On the way home the trio runs into a crew of pirates led by the orangutan Captain Gutt, crosses paths with odd sea creatures and washes up on lands they have never seen. Back home things are messy too: Manny's daughter Peaches is testing the limits of teenage rebellion, Sid gets saddled with his cranky grandmother, and the squirrel Scrat keeps chasing his acorn, accidentally redrawing the whole planet in the process.
Directed by Steve Martino and Mike Thurmeier, this fourth chapter brings back Ray Romano, John Leguizamo and Denis Leary, with Peter Dinklage voicing the villainous Captain Gutt.
