Rust

Rust (2025) is a western you can watch online on iFILM. Director Joel Souza tells the story of two unlikely fugitives crossing the Kansas frontier in the 1880s: notorious outlaw Harland Rust (Alec Baldwin) and his thirteen-year-old grandson Lucas (Patrick Scott McDermott), condemned to hang for a killing he never meant to commit.

Harland breaks the boy out and the pair rides for Mexico with U.S. Marshal Wood Helm (Travis Fimmel) and a bounty hunter known as the Preacher closing in behind them. The land offers no cover and no mercy. Harland carries decades of buried wrongs, and the ride south forces them into the open — between the two fugitives, there's a family bond neither expected to find.

Production was halted after a fatal on-set incident in October 2021 and eventually resumed with a rebuilt crew. The film reached audiences in 2025, completing a project four years in the making. Watch Rust (2025) in full online on iFILM.
