Synopsis

Barry teams with scientist Tina McGee (Amanda Pays) to harness his speed, then suits up in a friction-resistant costume after a gang kills his brother, a fellow cop. The show packed in a rogue's gallery straight from the DC comics, including Mark Hamill's manic Trickster. It was one of the earliest serious attempts to bring a DC superhero to weekly television — years before the genre exploded on both big and small screens.
