Spectral

Spectral (2016) is a sci-fi action thriller you can watch online on iFILM. The directorial debut of Nic Mathieu, released by Netflix, it drops a special-ops unit into a war-torn city against an enemy that bullets simply pass through.

In a conflict zone in Moldova, trained soldiers keep dying without ever seeing what kills them. The Pentagon sends in engineer Mark Clyne, the man who built the hyperspectral imaging gear that can finally pick out the pale, ghostly figures cutting through the ranks. Teamed with a CIA agent and a squad of Marines, Clyne treats the haunting as a problem of physics, racing to work out what the creatures are made of before the city falls.
