Krypto the Super-Dog shares every one of his owner's powers: flight, super strength, heat vision. He thinks he's Superman's one and only sidekick, right up until the whole League gets captured. To mount a rescue, Krypto has to train a ragtag crew that just gained powers of their own inside a pound — a loudmouth hound named Ace, a potbellied pig, a turtle and a squirrel. None of them are heroes yet.

Director Jared Stern stacks the voice cast with Dwayne Johnson as Krypto and Kevin Hart as Ace, while Kate McKinnon chews scenery as the villain, a guinea pig called Lulu. John Krasinski, Keanu Reeves and Natasha Lyonne round it out. The jokes work for kids and grown-up DC fans alike.
