Synopsis
Paddington (2014) is a family comedy by director Paul King you can watch online on iFILM. A small bear leaves the rainforests of Peru and sets off for London to find a place to call home.
He ends up stranded at Paddington Station, where the Brown family takes him in. Henry Brown (Hugh Bonneville) wants the muddy stranger gone; his wife Mary (Sally Hawkins) insists on keeping him. Ben Whishaw gives the bear his gentle voice, and Nicole Kidman plays Millicent, a museum taxidermist who would very much like to stuff the rare cub and mount him on a wall.
Drawn from Michael Bond's beloved books, first published in 1958, the film keeps the marmalade sandwiches, the hard stare and the impeccable manners. The cast around the bear includes Julie Walters, Jim Broadbent, Peter Capaldi and Michael Gambon. It's a warm story about kindness and belonging that works for kids and parents alike.
