Synopsis
Message from the King (2017) is a gritty action thriller you can watch online on iFILM. Jacob King flies from Cape Town to Los Angeles after losing contact with his younger sister. Within twenty-four hours on the ground, he pieces together what her life there looked like — and finds out she is dead.
King stays. Chadwick Boseman plays him without flourish: quiet, controlled, and completely unwilling to leave. His search pulls him through a network of predators — a corrupt lawyer played by Alfred Molina, a cop played by Luke Evans, and a chain of people who would very much prefer he go back where he came from. Tom Felton also appears in a supporting role.
