Foundation (2021) is an Apple TV+ sci-fi epic you can watch online on iFILM. Showrunner David S. Goyer adapted Isaac Asimov's landmark novel series — the one that introduced psychohistory, a branch of mathematics that can predict the fall of civilizations across centuries.

Mathematician Hari Seldon (Jared Harris) runs the numbers and reaches an uncomfortable conclusion: the Galactic Empire has roughly three hundred years left. The Emperor — three genetic clones ruling simultaneously as Brother Dawn, Brother Day, and Brother Dusk — exiles Seldon and his followers to the edge of the galaxy. There, a colony called the Foundation begins archiving all human knowledge. The goal is to compress what would be a 30,000-year dark age into a thousand. Brother Day (Lee Pace) is perfectly controlled, utterly certain of his legitimacy — until mathematician Gaal Dornick (Lou Llobell) arrives with questions the Empire cannot afford to answer.
