Synopsis
Razlogov (2025) is a 73-minute Russian documentary you can watch online on iFILM, directed by Anastasia Razlogova. The film is a portrait of Kirill Razlogov — film scholar, cultural historian, and one of the most prominent voices in Russian cinema studies for decades.
At its centre is his final interview, recorded before his death and never previously released. Photographs from the family archive and custom animation narrated in Razlogov's own voice fill out the picture, turning his memoirs into something you see as much as hear. Anastasia Razlogova's position as his daughter is what separates this from a conventional tribute — she has access to a register of closeness that an outside director never would.
