Cells at Work! (はたらく細胞, 2018) is a Japanese anime series you can watch online on iFILM. David Production — the studio behind JoJo's Bizarre Adventure — and Aniplex adapted the Kodansha manga into two seasons and 21 episodes of action-comedy set inside the human body.

The premise is simple: roughly 37 trillion cells run the body like workers in a giant corporation. Red Blood Cell AE3803, voiced by Kana Hanazawa, keeps getting lost while delivering oxygen. White Blood Cell U-1146, voiced by Tomoaki Maeno, hunts down every bacterium and virus that dares invade — blank expression, bloody hands, zero drama. Each episode throws a new threat at the cast: a scrape, a flu, an allergic reaction, a pneumococcal outbreak. The show is complete at two seasons.
