Strange Magic

Strange Magic (2015) is an animated fantasy musical you can watch online on iFILM. Directed by sound legend Gary Rydstrom and built on a story by George Lucas, it sent Lucasfilm from outer space into an enchanted forest.

Everything turns on a single love potion. Fairies, elves and the grumpy, swamp-dwelling Bog King all scheme to own the vial that can make anyone fall head over heels. The voice cast includes Evan Rachel Wood, Alan Cumming, Kristin Chenoweth and Maya Rudolph. The plot borrows its bones from A Midsummer Night's Dream, then trades Shakespeare's verse for pop songs spanning six decades.
