The Leftovers (2014–2017) is an HBO drama you can watch online on iFILM. On an ordinary October day, two percent of the world's population vanishes at once, with no warning and no explanation. No bodies, no clue. Just empty chairs.

The show isn't about the people who left. It's about everyone left behind. In the town of Mapleton, police chief Kevin Garvey (Justin Theroux) tries to hold things together while his own family comes apart, and a silent cult called the Guilty Remnant drifts through the streets in white, chain-smoking, refusing to let anyone move on. Carrie Coon plays a woman who lost her entire family in a single second. The cast also features Christopher Eccleston, Ann Dowd, Liv Tyler and Regina King.

Created by Damon Lindelof and novelist Tom Perrotta from Perrotta's own book, the series runs three seasons and 28 episodes, each one shifting tone and setting from suburbia to the Australian outback.
