House of the Dragon (2022) is HBO's epic fantasy drama you can watch online on iFILM. Set two centuries before Game of Thrones, it chronicles the civil war that tore the Targaryen dynasty apart — the conflict known in Westeros as the Dance of the Dragons.

King Viserys defies a century of tradition by naming his daughter Rhaenyra heir to the Iron Throne. That single act splits the court. Matt Smith plays the volatile Prince Daemon, Rhaenyra's dangerous uncle and closest ally. Emma D'Arcy takes over as the adult Rhaenyra, a queen who turns a family feud into a full-scale war. Olivia Cooke is Alicent Hightower, Rhaenyra's childhood friend turned political rival, backed by her scheming father Ser Otto (Rhys Ifans). Over fifteen dragons are drawn into a battle where every alliance costs someone their life.
