Cherry 2000

When businessman Sam Treadwell's beloved android wife — Cherry, model 2000 — short-circuits beyond repair, he refuses to settle for a different model. He hires E. Johnson, a fearless renegade tracker played by Griffith, to lead him into the Zone — a lawless, post-apocalyptic wasteland east of Las Vegas ruled by the psychotic gang leader Lune. The deeper they push into the badlands, the more Treadwell starts to question what he actually wants. Tim Thomerson plays the villain, and a young Laurence Fishburne appears in an early supporting role.
