Synopsis
Batman: The Killing Joke (2016) is an animated crime thriller you can watch online on iFILM. Director Sam Liu adapts the 1988 graphic novel by Alan Moore and Brian Bolland, one of the darkest Batman stories ever printed.
Kevin Conroy and Mark Hamill return to voice Batman and the Joker, the same pairing fans loved from the classic animated series. The Joker breaks out of Arkham with a twisted theory to prove: anyone can be pushed over the edge by a single bad day. To make his point, he targets Commissioner Gordon and his daughter Barbara. Batman races to stop him before the cruelty becomes irreversible.
The film opens with its own Batgirl prologue before turning into a grim origin tale for the Clown Prince of Crime himself. Tara Strong voices Barbara Gordon and Ray Wise plays her father.
