The year is 2022. A prison warden has built what he calls the perfect facility: no guards, no walls, no surveillance. Just Absolom — a remote jungle island where the country's most dangerous convicts are dumped and forgotten. The island has split into two warring factions. One side has abandoned every rule. The other is barely holding on to something resembling order. Robbins landed here after refusing a direct order from a commanding officer. He has one thing the other prisoners don't: a plan to get out.
