Synopsis
A Letter to Momo (ももへの手紙, 2012) is a Japanese animated film from Production I.G — watch online on iFILM. Director Hiroyuki Okiura, known for Jin-Roh, spent nearly eight years crafting this story about an eleven-year-old girl who moves with her mother to a small island in the Seto Inland Sea after her father's sudden death. The island is quiet — until Momo discovers three mischievous yokai spirits squatting in the attic, invisible to every adult in town. They are hungry, clumsy, and oddly familiar with her family's past.
