Knock at the Cabin

Knock at the Cabin (2023) is M. Night Shyamalan's claustrophobic horror-thriller you can watch online on iFILM. Two dads and their seven-year-old daughter rent a quiet lakeside cabin. Then four strangers carrying handmade weapons appear on the porch.

These intruders aren't robbers or killers. They claim the apocalypse has already begun, and only one thing can stop it: the family must choose and sacrifice one of their own. No phone signal, no proof, no way to be sure any of it is real. Dave Bautista drops the muscle-bound image to play a gentle schoolteacher who weeps as he explains the rules. Jonathan Groff and Ben Aldridge are the couple cornered in their own retreat, with Rupert Grint among the four visitors.

Adapted from Paul Tremblay's novel The Cabin at the End of the World, the film keeps the dread but swaps the book's ending for something Shyamalan calls his own.
