Tarzan

Tarzan (1999) is a Disney adventure animation you can watch online on iFILM. Directors Chris Buck and Kevin Lima brought Edgar Rice Burroughs' tale of a man raised by gorillas to the screen.

An orphaned baby is found deep in the jungle by a gorilla named Kala, who takes him in as her own. The boy grows up swinging through the trees, never knowing he is human, with a wisecracking ape and a klutzy elephant for friends and the stern troop leader Kerchak watching over the family. Then an expedition arrives: the scatterbrained Professor Porter, his curious daughter Jane and the hunter Clayton. For the first time Tarzan meets his own kind and has to decide where he truly belongs.

Tony Goldwyn and Minnie Driver voice the leads, with Glenn Close as Kala. Phil Collins wrote the songs and won an Oscar for "You'll Be in My Heart," while the hand-drawn jungle, painted with a deep-canvas technique, still moves with real depth. Stream Tarzan (1999) online on iFILM.
