Mater and the Ghostlight

Mater and the Ghostlight (2006) is a Pixar animated short you can watch online on iFILM. Director John Lasseter packed seven minutes of comedy into this Cars bonus feature: lovable tow truck Mater spends the day pranking every car in Radiator Springs — and winds up on the receiving end by nightfall.

Mater (voiced by Larry the Cable Guy) is the town jokester, but Sheriff has a ghost story ready at Flo's V8 Café. The townsfolk cook up a legend of the Ghostlight and leave Mater alone in the dark to face it. Owen Wilson and Bonnie Hunt also return to voice Lightning McQueen and Sally.
