Synopsis
A Better Tomorrow (무적자, 2010) is a Korean action thriller you can watch online on iFILM, directed by Song Hae-sung. Years ago, fleeing from North to South Korea, he left his younger brother behind. Their mother was killed. The brother did prison time.
That brother, now a cop played by Son Seung-heon, knows exactly where Kim Hyeok ended up. Their collision is the engine of the film — not a simple good-versus-evil setup but two men shaped by the same rupture, standing on opposite sides of the law. Director Song reworks the 1986 John Woo Hong Kong classic of the same name, keeping the themes of loyalty and betrayal but grounding them in the specific weight of a divided Korea.
