I Care a Lot

The con runs like clockwork. A doctor signs off on a fake diagnosis, a judge waves the paperwork through, and the helpless are locked away in care homes while Marla counts the cash. Rosamund Pike plays the predator with a frozen smile and razor-sharp nails. Then a new ward (Dianne Wiest) turns out to be tied to a man who settles disputes his own way, and the hunter becomes the prey. Peter Dinklage, as a Russian mob boss, sharpens the whole thing into something nastier.
