Synopsis
The Huntsman: Winter's War (2016) is a fantasy adventure you can watch online on iFILM. The film works as both a prequel and a sequel, filling in the past of Eric the Huntsman and pushing his story forward.
Long before the events of the first movie, the ice queen Freya flees a broken heart to the frozen north and freezes every soft feeling inside herself. She bans love among her people and raises an army of children stolen from their homes. Two of them, Eric and Sara, fall for each other anyway, breaking her one law. Years later Freya joins forces with her resurrected sister Ravenna and that wicked mirror, and Eric has to pick up his axe again. Chris Hemsworth returns as the Huntsman, with Charlize Theron back as Ravenna.
Behind the chilly spectacle is first-time director Cedric Nicolas-Troyan, who built his name on visual effects for major blockbusters.
