A group of prep school boys boards an old sailing ship for a round-the-world journey. Captain Sheldon runs a tight deck: no excuses, no shortcuts, and the ocean as the real teacher. For most of the voyage the sea plays fair. Then a white squall — a fast-moving, almost invisible storm — hits without warning. In minutes the ship is fighting for her life, and not everyone survives.
