Londo Mollari — the Centauri Emperor played by Peter Jurasik — narrates the events as a memory told to two children, giving the whole film a melancholy, elegiac weight. Bruce Boxleitner, Mira Furlan and Andreas Katsulas reprise their iconic roles.
