Halo: Nightfall

Locke leads a special operations team to the distant colony of Sedra to investigate suspected terrorist activity. A biological attack hits — one engineered to kill only humans. Tracing the weapon back to its source pulls the team toward a fragment of a destroyed Halo ring orbiting the planet, a hellish environment where radiation strips away everything except raw survival instinct. Loyalties inside the squad fracture fast; some choices can't be unmade.
