Legend of the Seeker (2008) is a New Zealand fantasy series you can watch online on iFILM, based on Terry Goodkind's Sword of Truth novels. Craig Horner, Bridget Regan, and Bruce Spence lead the cast across two seasons and forty-four episodes of sword-and-sorcery adventure.

Richard Cypher (Horner) is a woodsman with no idea that a prophecy has his name on it. When a mysterious woman named Kahlan (Regan) — a Confessor, whose power to break a man's will makes her as dangerous as she is brave — arrives with news that the tyrant Darken Rahl has seized the three kingdoms, Richard is pulled out of the forest and into a war he didn't choose. Old wizard Zedd (Spence) fills in the missing pieces: Richard is the true Seeker, and stopping Rahl is the only thing that stands between the world and permanent darkness.

Filmed across New Zealand's landscapes — the same mountains and forests Peter Jackson used for Middle-earth — the show adapts Goodkind's 1994 debut novel Wizard's First Rule, which sold millions of copies and launched a fourteen-book series.
