The Lovely Bones

Her father Jack (Mark Wahlberg) turns the search for the killer into a quiet obsession that fractures the family. Her mother (Rachel Weisz) drifts away rather than fall apart in front of anyone. Susie's sister runs her own investigation. Meanwhile the killer, soft-spoken neighbor Mr. Harvey played by Stanley Tucci, continues trimming his lawn and showing up at block parties. Susie sees everything. She cannot warn anyone. That gap — knowing without being able to act — drives every scene in the film.
