Synopsis
The Bachelors (2017) is a quiet drama starring J.K. Simmons and Julie Delpy — watch online on iFILM. The plan is a fresh start. What he gets is something messier and more real.
His son Will has shut down completely, until a classmate with her own bruised history slowly pulls him back into the world. The father finds himself drawn to a French colleague — played with sharp wit by Julie Delpy — in a dynamic he never expected to be in again. Simmons does what Simmons does: he carries the whole emotional weight with almost no visible effort. Josh Wiggins holds his own.
