Once Upon a Deadpool

Once Upon a Deadpool (2018) is an action comedy with Ryan Reynolds that you can watch online on iFILM. It's the softer, PG-13 cut of Deadpool 2, the same motor-mouthed mercenary with a new bedtime-story wrapper bolted around him.

Deadpool kidnaps actor Fred Savage and forces him to sit through a retelling of his own adventures, a wink at The Princess Bride, where Savage once played the kid tucked into bed. Between scenes the two trade insults, break the fourth wall, and mock the format itself. Inside the main story, Wade assembles his X-Force to shield a troubled mutant teen from Cable, a time-traveling soldier played by Josh Brolin. Morena Baccarin, Zazie Beetz, and Julian Dennison fill out the ranks.

Director David Leitch re-cut the action into holiday wrapping, adding fresh framing footage and trimming the harder edges of the humor.
