H2O: Just Add Water (2006) is an Australian fantasy series you can watch online on iFILM. Three Queensland teenagers stumble into a sea cave on Mako Island and wake up the next morning with a problem: a single drop of water turns each of them into a mermaid within seconds.

Phoebe Tonkin, Claire Holt, and Cariba Heine play Emma, Rikki, and Cleo — three friends who now have to avoid rain, swimming pools, and any splash that might blow their cover. Each girl develops a different power over water: one can freeze it, one can boil it, one can move it with her mind. Keeping that secret from classmates, marine researchers, and a very nosy science teacher takes as much effort as learning to swim with a tail. The show ran for four seasons and built a devoted global fanbase.
