Synopsis

The Sixth Sense (1999) — watch online M. Night Shyamalan's breakthrough psychological thriller starring Bruce Willis and Haley Joel Osment. 107 minutes, six Academy Award nominations including Best Picture and Best Director.

Child psychologist Malcolm Crowe (Bruce Willis) takes on a new patient after a difficult year. Cole Sear (Haley Joel Osment) is nine years old, barely speaks in class, keeps his distance from everyone — including his mother Lynn (Toni Collette), who can see something is wrong but cannot reach him. When Cole finally opens up, his secret sounds impossible: dead people appear to him. They move through the world unaware they have left it, carrying unfinished fear and unfinished grief, and they bring all of it to Cole. Malcolm listens carefully. He carries something of his own that he has not yet examined.

Shyamalan wrote and directed the film with a final turn that does not feel like a cheap trick — it reframes every scene that came before it. Osment earned an Oscar nomination at age nine. The film earned roughly $673 million worldwide against a $40 million budget. Stream The Sixth Sense (1999) online on iFILM.
